Regardless of the position one holds, each team member brings their talent and desire to positively impact the environment and lives of others in a refreshing, vibrant, and inclusive culture.

We’re seeking a Press Specialist to help shape and manage the company’s public narrative as we scale the production and operations of our electric aerospace technology. This role focuses on media relations, press content development, and fast, accurate execution of public-company communications. As a public, fast-growing company in a breakthrough industry, our credibility in the market is essential. The Press Specialist ensures that our story is told clearly, accurately, and strategically to reinforce trust among investors, partners, regulators, customers, and the media. Your work will directly influence how the world understands our technology, our progress, and our leadership in electric flight, especially at moments when clarity and speed matter most.

How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:

  • Draft, refine, and distribute press releases, media statements, Q&As, and executive quotes
  • Coordinate media outreach, inbound press requests, briefings, and interview logistics
  • Support preparation for major announcements, product milestones, regulatory updates, and earnings-related communications
  • Maintain strong relationships with journalists across aerospace, tech, energy, business, and financial media
  • Monitor coverage, track sentiment, and synthesize insights for internal stakeholders
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with public-company communication standards
  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4–6+ years in media relations, press operations, or communications; experience in aerospace, transportation, electrification, or technology is a plus
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of news cycles and what makes a story compelling
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with excellent judgment and discretion
  • Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Opportunity to define how the world understands the future of flight
  • Bridge tech, mission and market in a rapidly growing company
  • Work alongside brilliant teammates — engineers, pilots, filmmakers, and policy experts
  • Compensation:

    $ 100,000 - $ 125,000 / year

The wage listed here reflects our best faith estimate for this role. We pay competitively and base compensation on a variety of factors including skills, experience, industry background, and the evolving needs of the role. We remain committed to fair and equitable pay and we're happy to discuss during the interview process.
