Deleting Your Mobile Account and Account Data

You may delete your account and account data at any time. To do so, submit a request to delete the personal information BETA maintains about you by following the process described below. When you delete your account, your account and account history are no longer visible or accessible to you, and all identifying data is no longer visible to BETA. After you submit a request to delete your account, it may take up to 45 days for us to complete deletion. We may also retain certain information about you as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

To delete your account and associated data, please email us at mobilesupport@beta.team from the email address that you have verified with your BETA Charge account. If we deny your request, you may appeal our decision by contacting us again at mobilesupport@beta.team.
